Job Summary
Provide direct physical therapy in facility-based settings across rehabilitation services. Assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, and deliver PT to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Serve as a teacher by training patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, refer as needed, and support patient-centered care. The role may involve crossing multiple settings (in facility) and supports visa sponsorship and relocation opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Master's in PT-related field with Bachelor's in PT OR Bachelor's in PT plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent to PT degree
