Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed to join Powerback Rehabilitation in-facility care across diverse settings. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, delivering physical therapy, and training patients and caregivers to promote independence. Requires PT licensure in practicing state(s) and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent with a Bachelor’s + experience). Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available, along with mentorship, CEUs, and a comprehensive benefits package. Strong emphasis on collaborative teamwork, patient-centered care, and helping patients restore function across inpatient facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
