Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) in facility-based care across Powerback’s rehabilitation spectrum. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You’ll train patients and caregivers to promote independence, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in a mentorship and growth-focused environment with opportunities for CEUs and visa/relocation sponsorship. The role emphasizes patient-centered care within inpatient/outpatient settings and across home-based care, with a pathway for professional development and collaboration with rehab leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the applicable state or proof of license/eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in PT-related field + Bachelor's in PT; or Bachelor's in PT + 5 years progressive PT experience
- Final degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. PT degree
