Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in a Physical Therapy related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to U.S. equivalent
- Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.
