Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist, assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to patients. You will educate patients and caregivers to promote independence, collaborate with peers to provide comprehensive rehabilitation, and refer to additional services to help patients thrive. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, teaching and coaching, and teamwork within rehabilitation settings across in-facility environments. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available, and the position involves working within Powerback’s multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs. Qualifications include a valid PT license and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) with additional options outlined in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- 1. Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
- 2. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- 3. Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- 4. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
