Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice or eligible
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in a Physical Therapy related field with Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus 5 years progressive PT experience
