Job Summary
Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating patients, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy in an in-facility setting across inpatient/outpatient contexts. The role requires holding a valid PT license in the practicing state(s) and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or an equivalent combination of PT degrees and experience). The candidate should be capable of teaching and training patients and caregivers to promote independence and function, collaborating with a rehab team, and contributing to a patient-centered care approach. Visa or Green Card sponsorship is supported (H-1B) along with relocation assistance, and the organization emphasizes growth, mentorship, CEUs, and a structured, fast-paced hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
