Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed in Fort Washington, MD at Powerback Rehabilitation. In-facility role delivering PT services across patient populations within skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, delivering physical therapy, teaching patients and caregivers to promote independence, collaborating with peers, and referring as needed. Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license and meet degree requirements (Master’s in Physical Therapy or related field with Bachelor’s in PT, or Bachelor’s plus 5 years of PT experience). Visa or Green Card sponsorship and relocation assistance are offered. Sign-on incentive up to $20,000. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits including health, 401k, PTO, and ongoing CEUs.
Required Qualifications
- 1. Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
- 2. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- 3. Master’s degree in PT-related field plus Bachelor’s in PT; or
- 4. Bachelor’s in PT plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- 5. Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent.
