Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed to assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver in-facility therapy across diverse settings (facility-based, outpatient, and home care) within Powerback Rehabilitation. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with rehab teammates, and education of patients and caregivers to promote independence. Requires a PT license and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or an equivalent combination of PT credentials). Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
