Job Summary
Physical Therapist to assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in facility settings. The role emphasizes teaching patients and caregivers to promote independence, collaboration with peers, and providing patient-centered rehabilitation across various care settings. Candidates must hold a valid PT license in the practice state, possess a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or an equivalent combination of degrees/experience), and may benefit from Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance. The position offers a retention bonus and a clear progression path through clinical mentorship and ongoing CEUs. Full-time role with in-facility responsibilities, reporting to the Director of Rehab, at Powerback Rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
- They must have a Master‘s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- They must have a Master‘s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- They must have a Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
