Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed for full-time or part-time roles in a facility-based setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, delivering physical therapy, and teaching patients and caregivers to promote independence. Requires a valid Physical Therapy license, or eligibility, and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or PT-related advanced degrees with related credentials). H-1B visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are provided. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions. Location: Tacoma, WA; in-facility work with a collaborative, patient-centered care approach. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in state(s) of practice or eligible
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy OR Master’s in PT-related field with Bachelor’s in PT OR Bachelor’s in PT with 5 years progressive PT experience
- Foreign PT degree evaluated to US equivalent
