Job Summary
Physical Therapist (in facility) responsible for assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. Works with a multidisciplinary team, teaches patients and caregivers to promote independence, and collaborates with peers while also facilitating referrals. Required Qualifications
- 1. Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
- 2. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- 3. Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- 4. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- 5. Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to U.S. equivalent.
