Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in-facility across diverse settings (outpatient, rehab, home-based). Responsibilities include designing programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities; collaborating with a rehab team; educating patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity; and participating in mentorship and continuing education opportunities. Must hold a PT license in the practicing state and possess a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or PT-related field with PT Bachelor’s), with alternative path including Bachelor’s in PT plus 5 years of progressive PT experience. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available; position supports growth with internal mentorship and CEU offerings; posted salary range $40-$50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a PT-related field with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience
