Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation in facilities across settings. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy; training patients and caregivers to promote independence; collaborating with rehab peers; and guiding programs to restore and enhance physical abilities. Requires valid PT license in practicing state(s) and at least a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or a related field with a Bachelor’s in PT, plus 5 years of PT experience). Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
