Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in state(s) of practice or eligible
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in PT-related field plus Bachelor's in PT; or Bachelor's in PT plus 5 years PT experience
- Degree earned outside the U.S. evaluated as U.S. equivalent PT degree
