Job Summary
Physical Therapist to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in-facility. Requires licensure in the state of practice and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent combination of PT degrees/experience), with visa sponsorship and relocation support available. The position is part of Powerback Rehabilitation’s patient-centered care model across facilities, clinics, and home-based settings, emphasizing growth, mentorship, and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
