Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in facility settings across Powerback, including assessment of patient needs, development of recovery plans, and delivery of physical therapy; collaborate with a care team, educate patients and caregivers to promote independence, and contribute to a patient-centered rehabilitation approach across diverse care environments; the role supports visa sponsorship and relocation assistance and includes pathways for mentorship and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
