Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT-related field with Bachelor’s in PT; or Bachelor’s in PT with 5 years progressive PT experience
- Degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to U.S. equivalent
- Posted Salary Range: USD $42.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
