Required Qualifications
- 1) valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- 2) Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- 3) Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- 4) Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- 5) foreign-educated PT degree evaluated to U.S. equivalent
