Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or license eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Master's in a related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years progressive PT experience
- foreign-credential evaluation for degree earned outside the U.S. to U.S. equivalent
