Job Summary
Physical Therapist position in an in-facility setting with Powerback Rehabilitation. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, delivering physical therapy, training patients and caregivers, collaborating with peers, and referring to ensure patients thrive. Flexible pathway for new grads with mentorship, competitive hourly pay, sign-on incentive, and visa/relocation sponsorship options. Targeted to professionals holding a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent combination with experience) and a valid PT license, with opportunities across outpatient, home-based, and facility settings. Emphasis on patient-centered care, rehabilitation across multiple environments, and ongoing professional development through CEUs and mentorship, with a focus on helping patients regain strength and independence.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
