Job Summary
Physical Therapist provides evaluation and treatment for mobility, function, strength and positioning; collaborates with families, physicians and health team, documents services in the medical record, conducts staff in-services on restorative/functional maintenance, supervises the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, participates in interdisciplinary meetings, maintains productivity standards, participates in discharge planning, and may work beyond usual hours for emergencies; required to hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and be licensed in the providing state.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Masters or DPT in Physical Therapy
- Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Physical Therapist
