Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting as part of a multidisciplinary team. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing a variety of diseases and impairments using progressive modalities. In-house therapy with local management support and emphasis on patient-centered care and outcomes. Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program and licensed in the state; SNF rehab experience preferred.
