Part-time and PRN Physical Therapist needed to assess residents’ physical therapy needs, match them with services, and regularly evaluate and document progress according to treatment programs. Responsibilities include meeting with residents and families, reporting progress to management, repeating evaluations to measure progress per professional guidelines, and staying current with professional literature through seminars. Must have hearing ability to assess needs and effective verbal/written communication with residents and families. Background screening requires successful completion of Level 2 fingerprinting for eligibility. Location: Greenacres, FL (USA).
