Job Summary
Conduct evaluations using range of motion, gait, and functional analysis to develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Perform ongoing patient assessments, adjust care plans as needed, and document accurate clinical records. Present findings and progress reports to interdisciplinary teams while participating in care planning, program development, and research activities. Assist in training students, PTAs, and therapy aides within a structured, patient-centered environment. This 52-week assignment begins April 4, 2026, with a typical day shift from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, offering up to 40 hours per week at Mount Vernon Developmental Center.
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio Physical Therapist License
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience
- Strong clinical evaluation and documentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care or developmental settings
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Experience mentoring students or junior staff
