Physical Therapist (PT) - Physical Therapy - St. Charles Hospital

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to develop and revise therapeutic treatment plans. Deliver daily direct therapy to inpatients, outpatients, and pediatrics while instructing patients and families in therapeutic procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of care, goals, and progress in electronic medical records, including co-signing supervised physical therapy assistants. Supervise physical therapist assistant interventions and ensure compliance with departmental policies on safety, infection control, and timecard recording. Operate within a 32-hour weekly schedule on days and afternoons, maintaining productivity standards while meeting state licensing requirements.
