Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Deliver pediatric physical therapy in home and community settings by evaluating patients, developing goals, and implementing PT/therapy plans for children with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social-emotional needs. Provide skilled interventions to improve independence, educate and empower caregivers to apply therapeutic activities in daily routines, coordinate with referral partners, design home exercise programs, document care in an EMR, and maintain patient confidentiality.
