Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for the older adult population while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a trusted partner to the community. Work part-time, averaging 20-25 hours weekly across 2-4 days with flexible scheduling, including potential weekend coverage for admissions. This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and includes mentorship and training for new graduates within our employee-owned organization dedicated to geriatric care.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists
- Hold a valid state license
- Ability to work weekdays on consistent basis
- Willingness to be available weekends to cover admissions

- Experience in acute care
- Experience in long-term care
- Experience in rehabilitation
