Physical Therapist ( PT) - Part time

Provide physical therapy services to residents, conduct screenings to determine intervention needs, evaluate residents to gather data for treatment planning, coordinate treatment plans with residents, families, and the care team, and implement treatments as outlined in the plan. The role supports ongoing professional development and offers a pathway for growth within Sprenger Health Care's senior living communities in Ohio and South Carolina, with a focus on long-term care, memory care, hospice, home care, and post-acute rehabilitation across multiple facilities.
