Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) position at White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating residents, developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence; supervising PTAs and training Restorative Aides; coordinating with physicians, nursing staff, and families; and ensuring timely clinical documentation. Required Qualifications
