Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Therapy Danville Clinic

Evaluates and treats patients of all ages in outpatient therapy; designs an appropriate plan of care that integrates goals, treatment, outcomes, and discharge planning; educates patients, families, and other care providers; performs examinations and uses reliable methods to determine physical therapy diagnoses and needs; documents in the EMR; collaborates with staff and students; applies modalities as appropriate; transfers patients with assistance and maintains safe body mechanics; participates in required program education (e.g., DNV Hip and Knee Replacement); works within Carle Health system-wide resources and goals.
