Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals. Provide evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and patient education. Build relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members while documenting care accurately using Raintree EMR. Manage a caseload averaging approximately 50 visits per week within a collaborative, clinician-first culture. New graduates seeking mentorship or experienced clinicians expanding expertise are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
