Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions by developing individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes. Provide evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and patient education while documenting care accurately using Raintree EMR. Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members within a collaborative, clinician-first culture. Manage a caseload averaging approximately 50 visits per week with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Receive clinical mentorship, leadership development, and continuing education opportunities to build a rewarding long-term career.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state
