Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions; develop individualized treatment plans; deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education; build relationships with patients and interdisciplinary team; document care using Raintree EMR; collaborate within a supportive clinical team and contribute to clinic culture. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state
