Job Summary
Build and adjust individualized treatment plans rooted in solid clinical reasoning while working shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians and surgeons on a unified plan of care. Coach patients and families on post-op protocols and home exercise programs, and mentor PT students and newer staff. Document cleanly and on time in the EMR while managing a steady caseload of 1.5 patients per hour in a high-energy outpatient orthopedic clinic. The role offers flexible scheduling options including four 10-hour shifts or standard 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with no weekend rotations. Compensation includes a base salary of $80K–$105K, up to $50K in bonuses over five years, and a $1,000 annual CE stipend. We welcome new graduates and prioritize manual therapy skills and therapeutic exercise expertise in a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- DPT (or equivalent) from an accredited PT program
- Active Florida PT license — or eligible to obtain before start date

- Outpatient ortho experience (or strong clinical rotations) preferred
