Physical Therapist PT - Outpatient Ortho / Sports

Conduct physical therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, discharge planning, and documentation across outpatient ortho and sports settings. Explain evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and families while incorporating them into goal setting. Demonstrate proficiency in implementing treatment protocols based on patient presentation and consult with healthcare professionals as needed. Manage accurate schedules, meet productivity expectations, and provide frictionless patient access through flexibility and empathy. Complete appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care while accurately documenting and charging for patient activities. Take initiative in pursuing continuing education and serve as a clinical instructor to assign students. Assist with orientation and mentoring of inexperienced staff, students, volunteers, and technicians.
