Job Summary
Conduct screening, evaluation, and treatment planning for patients in outpatient orthopedic settings, including implementation of protocols, re-assessment, and discharge planning. Document patient care activities through focused evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries, and discharge evaluations while managing an accurate schedule and meeting productivity expectations. Consult with healthcare professionals to modify plans of care as conditions change and provide mentoring to students and new staff. Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
