Job Summary
Outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist responsible for evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, re-evaluation, discharge planning, and thorough documentation; collaborates with other healthcare professionals, participates in program planning and protocol development, and serves as a clinical instructor/mentor to students; requires MD/DC/VA licensure and BLS CPR certification; delivers patient-centered care across the care continuum in a busy MedStar Health setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Maryland, District of Columbia (DC), and/or Virginia licensure required as deemed necessary for your specific location(s)
- American Heart Association’s BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers CPR (Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification
