Job Summary
Conduct screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and re-assessment for patients across diverse settings. Explain findings and incorporate patient/family input into goal setting. Manage accurate schedules while documenting charges, daily encounter notes, progress summaries, and discharge evaluations. Participate in program planning, protocol development, and consult with healthcare professionals as needed. Provide frictionless patient access through flexibility and empathy, and take initiative in directing continuing education and mentoring students and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Maryland, District of Columbia (DC), and/or Virginia licensure
- American Heart Association's BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers CPR (Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification
