Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to support recovery. Document care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements while communicating progress to supervisors and team members. Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to records. Maintain equipment and work areas in safe, clean conditions. Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws. Join a fast-paced outpatient center serving pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in south-central Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
