Job Summary
Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs, performing initial and ongoing patient assessments to establish appropriate plans of care. Deliver individually designed programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning while administering treatments with physical agents, prosthetic/orthotic devices, and ultrasound machines. Supervise physical therapy assistants, aides, and students by assessing competence and delegating specific tasks. Provide educational information on injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehabilitation therapy to patients. Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and reevaluation plans. Requires a Physical Therapy degree, state license, and BLS certification within 30 days. Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Physical Therapist License in State
- Basic Life Support (BLS) obtain within 30 days of hire
