Physical Therapist (PT), Outpatient

Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to facilitate recovery. Document care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements while communicating progress to supervisors and team members. Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily, maintain equipment and work areas in safe conditions, and handle responsibilities per company compliance standards. This role supports St. Catherine Hospital's mission of person-centered health within a fast-paced outpatient environment.
