Physical Therapist (PT), Outpatient

Assume responsibility for patient care under Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy techs, orienting staff and supervising in their absence. Assess patient needs, identify interventions, and evaluate treatment progress toward short- and long-term goals. Perform accurate assessments and reassessments per policy, including QI scoring for adult and geriatric populations. Reduce pain interfering with function and coordinate physician contacts for necessary intervention changes. Requires current PT licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and outpatient rehab experience. Full-time role at St. Mary Hospital - Bourbonnais with hourly wages of $38–48.
