Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs while documenting sessions and outcomes accurately. Collaborate with rehab teams to participate in discharge planning and perform other duties as assigned. Full-time schedule with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current PT license
- CPR certification

- Previous experience in rehab setting
