Job Summary
Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions while maintaining a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week. Document care accurately in Raintree EMR, utilizing AI-driven tools to streamline and reduce documentation time. Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support within a supportive, team-driven environment. Work full-time in our outpatient clinic offering flexible scheduling, transparent competitive compensation with a performance-based investment program, and up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
