Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

Job Summary
Deliver personalized, evidence-based physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient clinic. Document care in the Raintree EMR and maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with the support of AI-driven tools that help streamline documentation. Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support; opportunities to specialize in areas such as orthopedics (including pre/post-operative care), manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehab, vestibular therapy, or concussion care.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
