Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for a diverse outpatient orthopedic population. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life while treating orthopedic, post-operative, and musculoskeletal conditions. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate documentation using Scribe AI and the Raintree EMR platform. Work within a manageable caseload targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day in a Monday-Friday schedule.
