Job Summary
Assess and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, and sports-related conditions while developing individualized outpatient physical therapy plans of care to optimize outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare providers and document treatment in Raintree EMR, maintaining a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with built-in time for documentation. Engage in ongoing professional development and team initiatives within a supportive, clinician-led environment that offers flexible scheduling, in-house CEUs, and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
