Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) providing evaluation and treatment for orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals; deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education. Document care using Raintree EMR and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to foster a supportive clinic culture. Opportunities for specialization in orthopedics, manual therapy, vestibular therapy, sports rehabilitation, and post-operative care; clinical mentorship and continuing education; competitive compensation with incentive opportunities; flexible scheduling; typical caseload around 50 visits per week.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
