Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient clinic. Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with AI-assisted tools to streamline documentation, document care in Raintree EMR, and contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support. Role supports new grads with interest in pelvic health. Requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and current state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
